About Us

Here at Public Interest Lawyers, we pride ourselves on providing quality, reliable information that empowers claimants when it comes to pursuing compensation.

Across our site you can find comprehensive guides about the following areas of law:

We also offer a free-to-call, 24-hour helpline. When you get in touch we’ll offer you a free case check to see if you can claim compensation.

About Our Service

Here at Public Interest Lawyers, we only want the very best for our clients. That’s why we only work with No Win No Fee solicitors who have been properly vetted and checked for quality.

When you contact us, we’ll review your claim with you, obtaining as much information as possible. If we believe that you have a good chance of success, we can connect you with our panel of solicitors who will specialise in the specific area of law you need support with.

The solicitors we work with only offer their services on a No Win No Fee basis. This means that if your claim doesn’t lead to a successful settlement, you won’t be obliged to pay your lawyer’s fees.

No Win No Fee also means that you won’t have to pay any fees upfront, nor while the claim progress toward a conclusion.

This means that taking legal action is an accessible and affordable option for anyone who has been wrong through no fault of their own.

Our History and Background

The current iteration of Public Interest Lawyers is entirely unique and different to the company that once existed under the same name.

A law firm once existed called Public Interest Lawyers. It operated out of Birmingham and London and was run by former solicitor Phil Shiner. We do not have any affiliation with this firm, nor Mr Shiner.

This website and our company exist to provide claimants with reliable and impartial advice on making compensation claims. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, details above, whereas the previous entity of the same name was registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
