 RUSSIAN “SPY” RULING TO BE HANDED-DOWN TOMORROW AT 9:30am AT THE SPECIAL IMMIGRATION APPEALS COMMISSON, FIELD HOUSE, BREAMS BUILDINGS, LONDON, EC4A 1DZ

Following a two week hearing in October 2011, the ruling in Ekaterina Zatuliveter v The Secretary of State for the Home Department will be handed down at 9:30am on Tuesday 29 November 2011 at a hearing at the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (SIAC), Field House, Breams Buildings, London.
The Court will rule whether the deportation order made against Ekaterina Zatuliveter on 2 December 2010 was lawful and should be upheld. The hearing will be attended by the Appellant and her legal team. |
