Hereford Waste Watchers Limited v Hereford Council

We acted for Hereford Waste Watchers in a judicial review of Hereford Council's grant of permission to Estech Europe Limited to develop a waste treatment facility intended to process 100,000 tons a year of municipal solid waste.

Mr Justice Elias found in favour of our clients and quashed the grant of planning permission. Counsel was David Wolfe of Matrix Chambers.
