Key witnesses due to give evidence to Baha Mousa Inquiry The evidence in the Baha Mousa Inquiry continues over the next two weeks with a series of interesting witnesses due to appear before the Inquiry.

Through the week beginning on Monday 26 April a series of witnesses from 3 (UK) Division, the Joint Forces Interrogation Team and the Provost and Royal Military Police staff will give evidence at the hearing room on Furnival Street in London.

Amongst those giving evidence of particular note are Major Richard West, Lieutenant Colonel Graham Le Fevre and Lieutenant Colonel Charles Barnett.

In the week beginning on Tuesday 4 May witnesses from the training elements of the Joint Services Interrogation Organisation and Provost and Royal Military Police as well as a number of civil servants will give evidence.
